Anastasiya is an amazing trainer, but she also has a gift: The gift of knowing how to motivate people, and how to make workouts fun and exciting. And part of that is her contagious love for Rome, which will be the perfect backdrop for your workouts with her.
When I first met Anastasiya and found out she was a trainer, I thought, Oh that's nice.
But since then, I have had the pleasure of enjoying some pretty amazing (and challenging!) workouts with her around Rome.
And I mean around Rome, with backdrops like the Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Navona. Talk about staying motivated!

I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. I have traveled all over the world filming workouts in front of the most iconic landmarks such as Big Ben in London and Times Square in NYC, before making my favorite place on Earth—Rome—a permanent home.
